    Named after musician Frank Zappa, Zappa™ hops are a 100% neomexicanus aroma hop that came from the mountains of New Mexico.

    Capturing the essence of Frank Zappa, this hop developed its own rebellious aroma and unique flavour characteristics of passionfruit, mint, spice, tropical fruits, and fruity pebbles.

    Use for aroma, whirlpool, and dry hopping additions. Highly recommended for fruit-forward styles like hazy or milkshake IPAs, as well as fruited sours, pale ales, and wild or mixed-fermentation beers.

    Alpha Range: 7-9%

It's high oil content makes it great for whirlpool and dry hop additions.

    Developed by Select Botanicals Group and released in 2000, Simcoe® Brand YCR 14 is known for its brewing versatility and unique aroma characteristics. It contains high alpha and low-cohumulone which has found favour in the craft and home brewing industries for dual purpose applications. Pliny the Elder by Russian River brewing company is formulated around this hop.

    50g of LupuLN2 pellets is the equivalent of 100g pellet hops.

    Specific aroma descriptors include passion fruit, pine, berry and earth characteristics.

    Tettnang Hops - Pellets (US)

    The true Tettnang Tettnanger is grown only around its native village of Tettnang in Germany - however this is the US grown variety. It is considered a noble aroma hop and has been compared to both Hallertauer and Saazer, but Tettnanger has notably more farnesene content than Hallertauer. They carry a distinct floral and spicy aroma, and, despite the low alpha acids (up to 5%), they are considered to have a balanced "hoppy flavor".

    The alpha acid content of hops will vary from batch to batch and may vary from the amount shown in the picture.

    Loral Hops are the new "In" hop 2018 in the US. The intense interest in this hop variety comes from its ability to toe-the-line between the aroma of the older hop “nobility” and the younger American varieties. It has the noble characteristics like herbal, peppery, floral. But it also carries an interesting lemon-citrus and dark fruit character that makes it unique. This uniqueness makes Loral appropriate for a wide range of beer styles.

    This is Lupln2 in pellet form which makes it easier to use for dry hopping than the powder version.
